SOUTH Africa based gospel artiste Zet Mudhluri has joined forces with AFM president Dr Aspher Madziyire’s daughter Cassey on a new song.

Titled Handikusiye, the single was produced by talented McDonald ‘Macdee’ Chidavenzi.

Speaking to H-Metro, Zet said the song encourages Christians to be patient and believe in the Lord whenever they are in a situation.

“Handikusiye talks about a child of God who is caught up in a hopeless situation and God’s favour locates him or her. The song comes at a time when we are celebrating a New Year and it brings a positive start for the new season,” he said.

Speaking on the collaboration with Cassey, the singer said it was an honour working with her.

“It was an honour working with her. She is not new to music as she has worked with ZimPraise and I hope her followers will get the chance and like the new project,” he said.

Zet said they will releasing an accompanying video for the song which will be dropped this weekend.

“We will be releasing an accompanying video for the song Handikusiye this weekend,” he said.

The Ndine Zvandakaona singer has become a popular figure with locals based in the neighbouring country and he has shared the stage with a number of gospel artistes in the country.

He said this year he is working hard to release more songs and will spreading his wings to other parts of the country and the world at large.

“I will be working on a couple of new songs and make sure my fans are not starved this year.”
