HARARE – Israeli businessman Gilad Shabtai has withdrawn fraud charges against erstwhile partner Ofer Sivan and personal assistant Cassandra Myburgh after failing to travel to Zimbabwe for trial due to ill health. Prosecutor, Whisper Mabhaudhi has applied to have the case withdrawn at the instance of Shabtai. This also follows attempts by the suspects to have charges against them quashed.
