HARARE – James Chidhakwa, the former Mabvuku Tarafa MP was abducted, tortured and then dumped in Acturus on Monday night, the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) said. “Chidhakwa was abducted, tortured, injected with an unknown substance, and subsequently dumped in Acturus at midnight by suspected state agents,” the CCC said in a statement. “His dreadlocks were shaved off using a sharp object.
