Online Reporter JOSIAH Dube, who was Highlanders chairman in 1989 has died. He is believed to have been in his 80s. Dube who worked in the insurance sector for decades died at his Inyathi Centre home this morning. Family spokesperson Elkanah Dube, a Bosso board member confirmed the death.
