BULAWAYO- A husband and wife duo arrested with an assortment of drugs including cocaine and cannabis strains were denied bail by a court in Bulawayo on Monday.
Darian-Lee Kevin Lloyd Jackson, 31, and Lakin Lee Robinson, 32, of West Somerton were remanded in custody to August 4 by Bulawayo magistrate Mark Dzira after being charged of possession of dangerous drugs.
The two were arrested on July 13 by detectives from the CID Drugs and Narcotics Unit in the Bulawayo city centre.
Police found drugs in their vehicle and a search of their home turned up more banned substances.
Prosecutors said the drugs seized included sachets of cocaine and several exotic cannabis strains such as cheese, dosidos, gush mint, sunset sherbet, oreo, hot cake, blue cheese, Gary Payton, and grape gas. Loose dagga was also seized.
