Iconic Sam Levy’s Village up for sale

HARARE – The iconic Sam Levy’s Village is up for sale for a staggering US$120 million, after 34 years of family ownership.

The shopping complex, popularly known as “The Village”, has been a destination for both shoppers and savvy businesspeople since 1990, when it was constructed by the late Sam Rahamin Levy, once a well-known Jewish businessman.

Pam Golding Properties, an independent real estate company, is handling the sale of the upmarket property.
