HARARE – Bindura mayor Jacob Gwature will remain in custody for three more days after his bail application was delayed at the Harare Magistrates Court on Tuesday. Gwature, who was arrested on September 23, is charged with fraud alongside Jonathan Kapasi. The duo appeared before Harare magistrate Marewanazvo Gofa who said ruling on their bail application will be handed down on September 29.
