Martin Rushwaya new cabinet secretary as Sibanda retires after 20 years

HARARE – President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Tuesday named Martin Rushwaya as the new Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet to replace the retiring Misheck Sibanda.
